1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Confección Gamarra (operating under the domain yostrendz.com), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

We are a textile manufacturing and sewing workshop located in Gamarra (Lima), specializing in B2B cutting and sewing services for mass production. Our main products include:

• Basic cotton t-shirts.
• Corporate work uniforms.
• Aprons for local restaurants.

We explicitly distance ourselves from fast fashion, dropshipping, and misleading online stores. Our model is based on ethical and direct production for businesses.

3. Client Rights and Obligations

• Order Specifications: The client is responsible for providing complete technical specifications (sizes, quantities, materials, samples) for production. Any subsequent changes may incur additional costs.
• Payments and Deadlines: An advance payment is required to start production. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
• Quality Control: The client has the right to a quality inspection of a pilot sample before mass production. Claims for defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days after delivery.

4. Our Commitments and Limitations

• Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of designs and commercial information provided by the client.
• Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages arising from production delays or force majeure.
• Intellectual Property: The design rights provided by the client remain their property. We will not replicate or sell such designs to third parties.

5. Jurisdiction and Modifications

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Lima. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately after publication.
